Tropical, but make it piney. Kohatu is a New Zealand hop that mixes lush tropical fruit with a fresh hit of lime and a clean pine edge — a slightly woodier, greener take on the Kiwi tropical sound. It's expressive without being overwhelming, and plays beautifully as a lead or a supporting act. Great when you want fruit-forward beer with a bit of structure and a crisp finish.
